Pico Rivera, CA – December 11, 2007 – In a time where kids are more “on-the-go” than ever, Aurora World Inc. (Aurora), a respected industry leader in the manufacturing of high quality and affordable plush gifts, has announced its Travel Around the World line, debuting at Toy Fair 2008 (February 17-20, 2008; Javits Convention Center, New York City, Booth #747).
Complete with carrying case and plush animal, kids can take any one of their favorite animals wherever they go, learning valuable information about the animal and its habitat along the way. “Our world famous Pet Carriers are still one of our best selling items,” says Paul Roche, SVP of Sales at Aurora, “but there’s nothing more pleasing as a plush manufacturer than to offer a line of animals for kids that they can learn from, and can take anywhere they please.” He adds, “In a way, it’s a passport for your child as they collect the animals in the line.
Each animal is from a different region of the planet, and the stickers included give kids a chance to decorate the carrying case to their tastes and tout the countries they have ‘visited’ just like Mom and Dad.” Each Travel Around The World set (MSRP: $15.99) includes a carrying case (8.5"w x 6.5"h x 3"d) with world map, 13 removable stickers to decorate the case again and again, a plush animal (8”) with fun facts tag and a hangtag that can be personalized.
Roche says, “The animals will include Wolf, Moose, Monkey, Penguin, Koala, Lion, Giraffe, Panda, Tiger, Grizzly Bear, Polar Bear and Black Bear,” though Aurora will add more animals to the line by Toy Fair 2008.
